More rambles and a freebie

Well I didn't post very much last time. Artie is settling well. I took him to the vet on Tuesday...The vet was surprised to hear we only had him for 4 days. Artie made sure I was staying close and gave me kisses and loved me after his blood draw.

I was blown away by all I learned in this tutorial. The tutorial was written for Photoshop CS/2/3, and adapted by Lee Anne Davis for Photoshop Elements. Hello everybody
I have a ton to post and just a bit of time...so hopefully I will get more in tomorrow.
First off HAPPY BIRTHDAY MEL!!!
Mel of MCADesigns Birthday is today and you know what that means a sale and what a sale it is 100 overlays for $10. And to top it off an awesome tutorial. I just looked at it and I discovered some awesome things you can do with overlays that I never knew and even if you do know it all who can pass up 10 cents an overlay! What can you buy for 10 cents nowadays?

So why have I been so busy...
We went out of town for a Homeschooling conference and then my Birthday was Thursday.
Friday I thought I was going on a date with my DH and instead we picked up this little guy

He has the most awesome temperament. He has had a bit of a hard life the last year...His owner died and the inheritor didn't handle their barking well so he and his brother got thrown outside for 6 months in the middle a snowy winter.
Finally the executer of the estate decided it was best to get them a good home.
His brother(the other dog) beat him up quite a bit.
But now he has his own blankets and toys and he loves to snuggle, play fetch and go on walks.

Well I guess I better go...I will try get in later this week and get you a gift or two.
